Delivery

We are currently servicing Gauteng. We will be expanding to other regions shortly.

It depends when you order. We are currently operating on next day delivery. If you order on a Thursday, your order will only be dispatched and fulfilled on the Monday thereafter. You will receive a notification from us when your order is on its way. 

During current Level 3 regulations, we deliver Monday to Thursday between 9am and 5pm.

Your safety is our priority. Please be assured that we are taking every measure to ensure that your order reaches you in the safest and most hygienic way possible.

SAFETY TIPS:

- Please indicate in the order notes if this is for a self-isolation order, so our drivers can be made aware of this.

- Use your own pen to sign for deliveries.

- Wash your hands thoroughly for at least 20 seconds with an antibacterial hand wash after receiving your order or use hand sanitizer.

We do not have a client facing store, this helps us keep our prices competitive. Delivery is currently the only option to receive your order.

Standard Delivery is R49.00 but we offer free delivery for all orders over R500.00.

Should you need to place a large order for a restaurant, business or function please mail orders@grooveco.co.za, call or whatsapp us for assistance.

Payments

There are multiple payment options when checking out. You can pay using a credit card, debit card, Instant EFT or bank deposit.

If your debit card has a CVV number and an expiry date, and is a Visa or Mastercard, you can use it to pay for your order.

We allow 24 hours for you to conclude an EFT payment. Should the payment not be made in this timeframe, the order will be cancelled.

You can pay the full amount, or part of it, by entering the voucher code in the "Gift Card or Voucher code" box when completing your secure checkout.

Orders

Once you have selected the goods that you need, click on the trolley or cart(top right corner of the screen), you will then be able to review your order and proceed to secure check out. 

Yes, you can please select the gift card product and proceed to check out as normal. Once the purchase has been made you will receive a code that can be used when checking out of the store during any session. 

Yes. Please contact us once you have placed your order for assistance with gifts and wrapping service. 

You will receive confirmation of your order via email, and or an SMS to the mobile number you registered with.
